HeyMarco is operated by DaGaMa Intelligence LLC. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it.
What we collect
The chat export you upload, the email address you give us, and the details of your payment. Card details go directly to Stripe, our payment processor; we never see your full card number.
How we use it
Your chat is used only to write your report. To do that, it is processed by an AI model provider acting on our behalf. We do not sell your data, share it for advertising, or use your chats to train AI models. Your email is used to send your report and to answer you if you contact us.
How long we keep it
Uploaded chats are deleted automatically after seven days, or sooner if you delete them yourself. We keep payment records as long as the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete your data, or tell you what we hold, by emailing support@heymarco.co.
