HeyMarco is operated by DaGaMa Intelligence LLC (“we”, “us”). By using heymarco.co you agree to these terms.
1. The service
HeyMarco reads a chat export you upload and writes a report about it with an AI model. Each report has a free preview. The full report is unlocked with a one-time payment.
2. What you may upload
Only upload chats you took part in and are entitled to share with us. Do not upload content that is illegal or that you have no right to use.
3. Nature of the reports
Reports are written by an AI and are opinion and entertainment. They can be wrong. They are not psychological, medical, legal or relationship advice, and should not be relied on for important decisions.
4. Price and payment
Each report costs US$14.99, paid once to unlock that report. There is no subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not see or store your full card details.
5. No refunds; reports that fail are written again
All sales are final and unlocked reports are not refundable. If your report can’t be written, is incomplete or doesn’t open, email support@heymarco.co with the email address you used to pay and we will write it again at no charge. This does not affect any rights you have under the law of your country that cannot be excluded.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
